How did you get into boxing?
Boxing found me when I was 14. My brother Andre put me in the gym to keep me out of trouble, and from the moment I stepped in the ring, I loved it. Life took me away from the sport for a while, but at 27 I came back with a new mindset and a purpose. To me, boxing is more than a sport. It builds discipline, strength, and resilience, and it has the power to change lives the way it changed mine.
Who is your favourite boxer? Past and Present?
Well Rocky Marciano is definitely top...but there are so many great boxers it's hard to say just one!

Where are you located?
I'm based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada but grew up in Saint Leonard, New Brunswick.
